Whole Wheat Bread

 9 cups whole wheat flour
 2 ¼ tsp yeast
 3 ⅓ cups heated milk
 ¼ cup water
 ¼ cup virgin olive oil
 2 tsp salt
 6 tbsp Honey
 2 eggs

Add yeast to warm water in a mixing bowl

Combine the oil, salt, milk, honey, and eggs in the yeast mix bowl. Let the mix sit for 15 minutes.

Add 5 cups flour to the ingredient mix.

Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and put the bread mix in a warm place.

Allow bread dough time to rise for 2 hours.

Add in the remaining flour until dough can be worked.

Knead the bread dough on a flour covered board until it is elastic.

Lightly oil a bowl and let the dough get oil on all sides by rolling it around.

Let bread dough rise again for another hour then punch down and knead again.

Divide dough into 2 parts and shape into loaves.

Put loaves into bread pans and allow them to rise until full (an hour or so).

Bake bread at 325° for 45 minutes.
